Daniel Sugarman
Daniel Sugarman has been a journalist for the Jewish Chronicle since 2016, covering topics including UK politics, the UK’s Jewish community and its relationship with other minority groups in Britain.
Stories he has worked on include the Inner North London Coronial dispute with the Jewish and Muslim communities, the Orthodox Jewish struggle to come to terms with the presence of Jewish LGBT+ people, and the continuous efforts of British Jewish individuals and organisations to combat antisemitism coming from all sides of the social and political divide. He has also written about the need for the UK Jewish community to stand together in support of other minority groups experiencing hate in Britain.
